Zocdoc is the quickest option for finding doctors. The details are spot on, and it lets you book an appointment immediately. I received a follow-up call from the provider in just a few minutes. I totally recommend it!

Zocdoc is the fastest way when looking for doctors, the information is not only accurate but it allows to set up an appointment right away. I got a follow up call from the provider within minutes. I highly recommend it!

Easy to use to make an appointment

You folks limit how long feedback can be submitted for a provider and often let them cancel appointments while still holding onto the slot, which stops patients from leaving their thoughts. The reviews just don’t reflect reality. I've encountered some pretty terrible doctors here who were manipulating the system. They had negative reviews elsewhere, but not on your site because they keep booking appointments and then canceling them (while still holding onto the slot) to dodge feedback. I've contacted your company numerous times over the years, but nothing ever changes.

Plus, ZocDoc ought to make it mandatory for practices to provide messaging options. There’s no way for patients to reach out except by trying to get through the main phone lines, which is a hassle.

You guys limit the time in which feedback can be left for a practitioner and routinely allow them to cancel appointments with your service while still keeping the appointment which prevents patients from even being able to leave feedback. The reviews are not accurate. I've had some really bad doctors on here that were bending the system and they had bad feedback online but not on your website because they keep taking appointments but cancelling (while still keeping your appt) to prevent the option of feedback. I've reached out to your company many times about this for years and yet nothing is done.

Also, ZocDoc should require practices to offer messaging. There's nowhere for patients to get in touch except hoping they can get through main phone lines, etc.

Scheduling an appointment was super fast, and the physician was quite professional, really paying attention to what I had to say.

It was very quick to make an appointment the doctor was very professional and listened to my concerns.

Had to visit a doctor. I managed to snag an appointment the very next day. No problems at all getting my appointment, and there was almost no wait once I arrived. The doctor saw me immediately. All in all, it was a fantastic experience with this app and the doctor's office. I'll definitely be using this app for my future appointments 🤗

Needed to see a Dr. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. I had no issues getting my appointment and there was practically no wait time once I got there. The dr seen me right away. I started last night looking for someone and they had available apartment on today which was great!

It's alright, and it does help gather all the doctor info instead of juggling it all on your own. But that's about it, because you still gotta fill out all those paper forms after doing it online with Zocdoc, which doesn’t really save much time at the doc's office. Plus, most of the time (like 4 out of 5 places I went to), the doctor's office still rings you up the next day to confirm your appointment instead of handling it online without the fuss. On top of that, they don’t list all the doctors that accept my insurance; only those who are on Zocdoc show up. So if I can’t spot a doc I need here, I still gotta search for it on my insurance's website. So, what’s the point of Zocdoc? And it won’t let you keep records if you see doctors not on their platform, which makes having everything in one spot less handy. Honestly, I’d rather manage my history and records myself like I used to.

So, is this really saving time or making it easier to book and find a doctor? Not really. Just a bit. The only reason I still check out Zocdoc is 'cause I move around a lot, and it’s my go-to for finding doctors, hoping they have what I need. But after two years of using Zocdoc to schedule appointments, I’ve found better coverage and offices elsewhere. I might just ditch it again since it’s not really working for me as a record-keeping tool.
